Holding a postgraduate degree in Master in Management Science (MMS), she combines academic excellence with real-world entrepreneurial experience, enabling her to lead with clarity, confidence, and compassion.

From Entrepreneur to Changemaker

In 2017, Ms. Rajashri B. Bhujang founded Yashraj Engineering Solutions, stepping boldly into the engineering and construction sector—an industry traditionally dominated by men. Her company provides services including roofing sheet installation, structural fabrication, tile work, and RCC work.

Building a business in this field required resilience, discipline, and unwavering self-belief. Through her journey, she not only established a successful enterprise but also proved that women can lead, innovate, and excel in any industry. This experience inspired her to uplift other women who dream of starting and growing their own businesses.

Dr. Asmita Phule is a Food Technologist by profession. She has completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Food Science and Technology from a reputed Agricultural University and earned her Ph.D. from Mumbai University. Through vision, consistency, and uncompromising standards, she has built Sparglow into a trusted partner for esteemed organizations such as HPCL, BPCL, and IIT Bombay.

Operating confidently across both engineering and non-engineering segments, Sparglow supports mission-critical operations with precision and accountability. In the engineering domain, the company supplies mechanical and electrical spares for pumps, compressors, and plant machinery, along with MRO materials including industrial tools, hardware, gaskets, and specialized chemicals.

In the non-engineering segment, Sparglow fulfills institutional and administrative requirements through the supply of office and classroom furniture, consumables, and essential operational materials.

Ms. Kanchan Bhalekar is the Director and Proprietor of Aurrum Enterprises, established in 2017. Through her enterprise, she has built strong credibility as a registered vendor with reputed government and public sector organizations including HPCL, BPCL, Indian Railways, and ONGC.

Her entrepreneurial journey highlights her ability to navigate complex systems, deliver quality services, and maintain professional excellence. She has consistently demonstrating that women can lead businesses with confidence, integrity, and resilience.
