Entrepreneurship Development Program in Collaboration with RCF, Mumbai

In September 2022, the HPSEWA Women Entrepreneurs Foundation (HPSEWA WEF) collaborated with Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), Chembur, Mumbai, to conduct an Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP).

This initiative marked a significant milestone for HPSEWA WEF, representing the foundation’s second major collaboration with a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), following the successful national-level EDP conducted in partnership with GAIL (India) Limited.

The program was organized by RCF as part of its developmental and community engagement initiatives, with HPSEWA WEF providing structured training support, entrepreneurship guidance, and program execution assistance in coordination with the organizing team.

The EDP focused on enhancing entrepreneurial awareness, developing practical business understanding, and promoting self-employment opportunities among participants. Training sessions covered essential areas including business fundamentals, financial literacy, documentation and compliance awareness, and confidence-building for aspiring entrepreneurs.

The successful implementation of the program strengthened the collaborative relationship between RCF and HPSEWA WEF and further demonstrated the foundation’s capability to work closely with major public sector organizations to deliver impactful entrepreneurship development initiatives.

This collaboration reinforced HPSEWA WEF’s position as a credible partner for structured EDP implementation and skill-based entrepreneurship training programs.
